Am I Really Pregnant?

Whenever you have sex there is always the chance of pregnancy, even if you are using birth control. However, don’t get too worried about being pregnant until you are sure that you are. A missed period is the most common indication of being pregnant, but it doesn’t always mean that you are pregnant.

Common Pregnancy Symptoms

  • Late Period
  • Frequently Tired
  • Nausea or Vomiting
  • Dizziness
  • Swollen or Sore Breasts
  • Frequent Urination
  • Weight Gain or Loss
  • Appetite Change

The best way to confirm your pregnancy is to take a pregnancy test. The Pregnancy Help Center offers free pregnancy tests. Call for an appointment at 573-644-6635. Walk-ins are accepted.

How accurate is the pregnancy test?

Our tests are laboratory quality. They can detect the hCG pregnancy hormone as early as 7 days after conception or 21 to 24 days after the first day of your last period. The test is 99% accurate.
